Warn about a possible risk

They are those that have their origins in natural phenomena (geographical and meteorological factors), being the accidents that cause multiple and varied. Given its origin, the presence of this class of risks is quantitatively conditioned by the particular characteristics of each region. Example: Flooding: Floods or avenues. Pluvial accumulations. Breakage of dams or serious damage. Gravitational movements: Landslides. Land subsidence. Associated with atmospheric phenomena: Snowfall. Frost. Avalanches. cold waves. Hail. Torrential rains. Gales. Wave in the sea. Drought. Forest fires. GRAMMAR Use too + an adjective and an infinitive to give a warning or an explanation. It’s too dark to gohiking now. = Don’t go hiking now because it’s dark. Those cliffs are too steep to climb. = You shouldn’t climb those cliffs because they’re very steep. Use a for phrase to further clarify a warning or explanation. It’s too dangerous for childrento go swimming there. (Only adults should swim there.) Vid

Geographical location

The term location refers to a location in space. This is related to geography, since it indicates the place where a certain object is located. Maps can be used to pinpoint the location of an object. Geographic location can be understood as any location method within a geographic plane. One of the concepts that is closely related to location is that of geographic coordinates, this element makes it possible to identify a specific point on the surface of the earth. Exercise: Canada is a diverse, tolerant, peaceful and welcoming nation known for its nature and stunning natural beauty.  Canadá occupies most of North America. CONTROVERSIAL ISSUES

'Controversial issues' are topics on which different groups have built irreconcilable arguments. Therefore, they divide society. Controversial topics are typically played out through public channels like news media, electoral politics, and social media. What perhaps most distinguishes a controversial topic from mere disagreement is the heated, sometimes emotional, and often diametrically opposed viewpoints that frame a given issue. People often bring religious beliefs, personal ethics, business interests and countless other deeply held feelings into controversial debate topics. And of course, many controversial political topics also carry very really consequences, as shown by the very current public debates over abortion rights, the call for stricter gun control laws, global climate change and other high-stakes issues.   Count and non-count nouns vary from language to language. In some languages, there are no count nouns (e.g., Japanese). In addition, some nouns that are noncount in English may be countable in other languages (e.g., hair or information). An invention is creating something totally new with one’s own ideas and development. Although an invention is completely new to the world, the physical material needed for its production already exists, innovated from the ideas and experiences of the individual. The unreal conditional

1. The Unreal Conditional is used when referring to unreal, imaginary or impossible conditions and their results. Both- If Clause and Result Clause, present the unreal result of the condition. Example:   If I lived in  palace , I would give parties all the time. ( But I don´t live in a palace, so I don´t give parties.) · If I had a car , I would drive everywhere. 2. The verb in the If Clause is shown in simple past tense. In the Result Clause the auxiliary Would + base form of the verb is used. Example:   If Luisa went to Cusco , she would spend a great time Note:  a. The If Clause uses the simple past tense, but the meaning does not refer to the past. · If I had money now, I would supply many things to myself. b. Do not use the auxiliary Would in the If Clause in present unreal conditional sentences. · If I bought some flowers to Mary, she would be happy. NOT: If I would buy ....... c.  "SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW, SOMETHING BORROWED, SOMETHING BLUE." This wedding saying is derived from an Old English rhyme, which lists the four good-luck objects a bride should have on her wedding day.
